You may return any product ordered direct from Woodlore at any time, accompanied by a receipt, as long as the item is unused and part of our current catalog.

Returning items by mail
All shipped orders include a packing slip with instructions on returning an item. Simply indicate the reason for your return, along with the packing slip or receipt, and securely wrap the item back in its original packaging. If you do not have a receipt, you will be given an exchange credit.

For your protection, we recommend using UPS or Insured Parcel Post for shipment. You may make returns at any time; however, we encourage you to return items within 30 days for faster processing.

If you do not have a packing slip, please indicate the order number on a separate piece of paper. Then send the package to:
